OUR RETURNS POLICY

We want you to feel completely happy with your MuMu organic products. Our clothing are made with great care and love for what we do. We listen carefully to feedback from customers and are continually working to improve our service. We want you to feel confident when you shop with MuMu organic.

If you are not satisfied with the fit, style or quality of a product when it arrives, there is no problem. You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt. We will give you back the amount you paid for the item, or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. You have to make sure though that you haven’t washed the outfit you would like to return or make sure it has not been worn or damaged. Return costs are payed by the customer. Our Customer Service team is happy to help you set up an exchange to find the eco-fashion style that is just right for you. We pride ourselves on offering friendly, personal customer service.

Please note, as all of our products are made by hand, slight variations in size, colour or print are normal. You also have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase in this way under the Distance Selling regulation, we will refund your total purchase amount.

We offer FREE shipment and we do ship worldwide.

For Greece: we use the Hellenic Post service or ELTA courier. Delivery is 2-3 working days.

NOTE : We can also ship to Greece with COD (cash on delivery).

For abroad : we use the Hellenic post service. Delivery is 5-8 working days.
